International Ingredient Corporation is headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri. This location houses the senior management of the company as well as all purchasing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, product development, marketing and export functions.

The Cedar Rapids, Iowa location is a multi-function/multi-product
facility. The plant has particle reduction and mixing capabilities,
can ship product in bags, totes, or bulk, and is easily accessible from
Highway 80. Primary products produced here include Milk Chocolate Product,
Chocolate Blends, Cheese Plus Cheese Product, Cheese-Whey, Dairylac®
80 blends and Nutri-Pal.

The
largest of the IIC facilities is located in Oskaloosa, Iowa.
A relatively new addition, this plant also offers particle reduction and
mixing capabilities and can ship product in bags, totes, or bulk
form. Oskaloosa is the granular whey handling facility and
manufactures all colored sugar products including Sugar Food Product,
Brown Sugar Food, and specialty sugar blends as well as Nutri-SureÔ,
Energy Plus, Dairylac®
80 blends and Bee-Pol. |

The Monroe, Wisconsin facility opened in 1994 and was the first
plant in the world designed specifically for large-scale roller drying
of whey co-product streams for the feed industry. It is now one of
two facilities producing Dairylac®
80. All product is shipped in bulk form from Monroe and services
customers primarily in the upper Midwest. |

Monett, Missouri facility opened in February of 2000 in response
to the success and overwhelming demand for Dairylac®
80. This plant has the capability to ship product in bags, totes,
and bulk and serves customers in the Southern part of the United States,
Mexico and overseas. |

Marshalltown, Iowa specializes in the handling of white sugar
products. Granulated sugar, lactose, and dextrose are the primary
products shipped from here and are available in bags, totes or
bulk. Marshalltown also acts as a distribution center for IIC
finished goods by housing a variety of IIC's more popular
products. This makes it easy for customers desiring small
quantities or mixed shipments. |

Marengo, Iowa is a central warehousing location for incoming
ingredients. There are three separate buildings at this
site. The main building contains considerable racking and houses
the office and loading/unloading dock. Two smaller buildings sit behind
the main building and are accessible by concrete paths connecting the
three structures. |

Monticello,
Iowa is the location of the longest held IIC facility. This plant
provides the invaluable service of sorting and preprocessing many of the
ingredients used throughout the organization as well as manufacturing a
small number of finished goods. |
